Stickhead opened in Memphis, Tennessee in February 2001. What started as a couple of guys trying to build Lacrosse in the South has now gone International via the World Wide Web. Prior to returning anything to Stickhead, the customer must call 901-820-0145 to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (RA#) before you attempt to return an item. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.
Returned Custom Helmets cannot be returned to the manufacturer and thus incur a 20% restocking fee.
Equipment Breakage Warranty
Heads
All plastic heads are sold with a 6 Month warranty (just the plastic part..not the stringing or the aluminum shaft). If your plastic head breaks within 6 Months from purchase, please call the manufacturer. Customer must obtain an RA# with the manufacturer and can ship the head to the company who will in turn supply a replacement unstrung head. Additional fees can be paid to have that return head strung.
Shafts
All shafts above the aluminum grade (Except for Warrior Titanium D-Poles) are warranted against bending and breakage for one year from purchase. Warrior Titanium Defense Poles are NOT WARRANTED but the Platinum, Kryptolyte and Kryptolyte Pro defense shafts do come with a one year warranty. If your shaft breaks or bends within 6 Months from purchase, please contact the manufacturer for a return authorization.
