Stickhead opened in Memphis, Tennessee in February 2001. What started as a couple of guys trying to build Lacrosse in the South has now gone International via the World Wide Web. Based in Memphis with Shipping leader FedEx, Stickhead has positioned itself to take advantage of the premier shipping company in the business. Prior to returning anything to Stickhead, the customer MUST call 901-820-0145 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) before you attempt to return an item. Returned Custom Helmets cannot be returned to the manufacturer and thus incur a restocking fee. We strongly suggest shipping returns in a manner that offers delivery confirmation. If we do not receive it, we cannot offer a credit.
Equipment Breakage Warranty
Heads
Most plastic heads are sold with a 1-year warranty (just the plastic part..not the stringing, nor the aluminum shaft). If your plastic head has a warranty and breaks within 1 year from purchase, the manufacturer asks that we guide all customers directly to them for quality control. Customer must obtain an RA# with the manufacturer and can ship the head to the company who will in turn supply a replacement unstrung head. Additional fees can be paid to have that return head strung.
Shafts
All metal shafts above the aluminum grade (Except Warrior Titanium Grade Defense Poles per Warrior) are warranted against bending and breakage for one year from purchase. If your shaft breaks or bends within 1 year from purchase, please contact the manufacturer for a return authorization.
Unused/Unworn merchandise in its original, untampered packaging may be returned within 14 days of product receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment.
Product condition is based upon the judgement of the store and its appointed employees.

FedEx and Stickhead Lacrosse offer several shipping options with orders over $300 shipped via FREE FedEx Ground. (5-7 Business Days)
Some items, such as goals and rebounder walls are oversize items and cannot be shipped using premium shipping options, and will incur an additonal shipping charge. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to help save our customers money on the rising costs of shipping.
